These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of miaocast (the "App"), created by Supermiao Studio LLC ("Us", "We"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
License:
We grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers connected to the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the App.
Intellectual Property
Ownership:
Supermiao Studio LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
Feedback:
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the App or other products or services.
Privacy
Privacy Policy:
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUPERMIAO STUDIO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERMIAO STUDIO LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APP, EVEN IF SUPERMIAO STUDIO LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Modification:
We reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
